      The co-workers were the only thing worth staying for.

      They are all about gouging artists for their money instead of actually helping them succeed in their goals.

      Traditional radio company that has evolved into the digital side of advertising rather than just radio commercials

      Cons

      I literally had to compete with my own Sales Manager for new business as he had his own sales budget and was paid on commission, Never felt fair. 6 month guarantee with no account list. Very little support from upper management
