Friendly environment, great co-workers, peaceful place to work. I'm more than happy working here. We take care of each other, it feels like we are a big family.

Cons

As I don't have any cons to say, this will be a pro. One of the best thing about Salem Media Group is that you are always learning something new.

The entire staff has been so welcoming, it is a real family atmosphere not only here but across the Salem Media Group. I've had contact with other reps who have been very helpful. Management always welcomes everyone's input - which is awesome!

Cons

This con has turned into a pro - our OM has updated our production process with less paperwork and thorough procedure

Pros

Salem Media Group is a great place to work as evidenced by the many long-time employees. Whereas in many companies there is high-turnover, people at corporate, at the stations and at other divisions have been employed for 5, 10, 20, even 30 years—many creating new, growth positions for themselves. It's great to be in a company where you can reinvent your skills and position if you want that. You probably won't find better coworkers and will have meaningful friendships with those you work with. Salem is very conducive to building authentic friendships.

Cons

It's a great place to work and in some ways can be very entrepreneurial so some people might not like that. Salem is always growing and evolving as media changes — so is always working to find ways to increase employee communication and engagement as it does.
