      Pros

      I've been in commissioned sales with Salem Media Group for 17 years. I came from a totally different industry but they gave me a chance to learn radio and I love it! If you're willing to give it your best and are open learning new technologies as the company grows then Salem is for you! I've made an excellent steady income for 17 years and the work environment is like working with my best friends:)

      Company is currently restructuring so Onboarding has a few hiccups, but still very intentional to prepare you for success
