      Mission based company. Salem cares about the community and the world we live in. The management is the best, ever! They say teamwork makes the dream work, and that applies to the team at Salem. Hard working, and caring. It's not an exaggeration to say I look forward to coming to work every day.

      You may get judged for the values Salem believes in, and that will make you proud, so don't be afraid to join this great company.

      - Treated like an adult - Freedom to build your career - Respect from co-workers and management

      Cons

      - A lot of us work mostly remote. This is a great thing but I do sometimes miss the energy of a packed office. Maybe I'm old-fashioned.
