-Lagging in digital marketing -No transparency -Inappropriate workplace conduct, even for a "Christian" company -HR complaints go nowhere and have no consequence -Fear-mongering spread through CEO-sent emails against the radical left -Moving further away from the spirit of Christ -Salespeople are incredibly entitled, not held to professionalism, aren't fully aware of what they're selling or the products. Knowingly lie to clients and promise unrealistic outcomes of campaigns, which leads to client churn. -Most leadership and upper-management are out of touch. This has nothing to do with age, it's a mindset of pride and lack of accountability.

Salem Media Group…what can I say? It's an old media company hemorrhaging money because it refuses to pivot away from radio. Not only that, but they just laid off members of their most profitable division, making it even HARDER for that division to be profitable. I have been here for almost three years, and although a 401K match was promised, I got it for 2 months before it was "paused" indefinitely. So, that's one form of compensation that I'm not getting. Avoid this company.
