Cons

Hope that you are part of an important department. Otherwise you will be stuck in limbo where there's no promotion and learning only Salesforce ecosystem tech stack, which is pretty much not transferable elsewhere. Horrendous promotion raise, ranging from 3 ~ 9% of base salary, stock refreshers are close to non-existent unless you are top performer, which again is dependent on your department and manager. Ohana culture means nothing now as layoffs are frequent.
