- Start out with onboarding immersion (4 weeks of training) that is super impactful - Lots of engagement opportunities to meet and build relationships with other employees - Potential to work in any office whenever you'd like - Monthly wellness reimbursement ($100), internet reimbursement ($50) for remote employees, office setup stipend, etc. - Benefits are AMAZING - anything you can think of, they provide for you

still some hints of flexibility in terms of working from home

Cons

everyone is stressed, jobs not secure with cuts after cuts, travelling and social events zeroed, hiring freeze, oversized management structure fighting for survival, volunteering not incentivised, definitely not the company I joined 5 years ago!
