Pros

1. Collaborative and supportive culture — most teams genuinely care about inclusion and helping each other succeed. 2.Strong focus on learning and career growth; lots of internal resources and opportunities to work with new technologies. 3. Leadership encourages volunteering and giving back, which reinforces the company’s values. 4. Great company with really good employee benefits

Cons

During layoffs, decisions can feel heavily data-driven — largely based on performance dashboard metrics — which may not always reflect the full scope of an employee’s impact or contributions.

Pros

It can be a rewarding career as long as you don't have to work with others that are looking out for only themselves and not the company or culture.

Cons

In the sales teams, the individuals will go against the company's best interests to boost their numbers while hurting others in different areas. It's not very team or company cultured. I managed to hit 105% of my quota (one of the highest in OU), but was RIF'd as part of their AI push out of managers. I lost over $60,000 in accrued commissions.

Pros

-True Enterprise-level Sales Motions -Sales Coaches (RVP's)- almost all are actually legit - its more the upper leadership that may cause some AE's pain -Skills learned at Salesforce for Territory Planning, Account Mapping, Business case and ROI building are top-shelf -Tonnes of resources at your disposal - business value services, product specific AEs/SE's -Additional Learning Opportunities available (example: Accelerate Leadership Certification) -Comp plans are obviously tough, but income opportunity (both commissions and ESPP, RRPS matching) does make it worth it (imo)

Cons

-Deal Scrutiny - this is not necessarily due to Salesforce, but every $$ coming into the business seamingly has a 2nd, 3rd sometimes 4th set of eyes - can feel like team-winning/collaboration to get deals done, but more often felt like over-forecasting -Culture seemed to be weaning - due to the above, an overall sentiment of tiredness, stress, etc. was apparent.
