      Pros

      This is a company that is driven by the success of their customers. I feel this is certainly replicated through to employees and everything is set up for you to be successful in your career. The commitment to making you the best you can be is phenomenal and the amount resource they provide to make sure you're succeeding is second to none. It is extremely fast paced, what else would you expect from such an innovative company, one of the many reasons I love Salesforce.

      Cons

      It is a fast growing, large company with a complex org structure. Navigating the right teams and people takes time, but everyone is willing to help you.
