      Great product, so you actually feel good selling and working with it. Really intelligent people and amazing culture A lot of freedom given and job is interesting Very good compensation package

      The platform - this s**t just works - and quick...quite a contrast to other enterprise tech companies The customer focus - The DNA is all about making the customer successful - as they then subscribe for more users / platform apps and tell their story to peers The investment in improving processes, supporting the business growth, developing & motivating people The urgency and positive vibe at the offices around Europe both for the business and the bigger picture giving-back

      There is a lot of chasing the football around the playground stuff The growing size of the organisation and type of people coming in means that it is becoming a bit more important to manage your profile rather than what you deliver
