Pros

- great benefits for family (6 months parental leave) - great healthcare plans - being able to go to office is nice, good vibes there similar to the SF office - Probably one of the companies with the best work life balance

Cons

- I dont work in MC, but work in Core - my team is mostly in SF or Bellevue so don't feel involved with Indy office whatsoever - They are hiring what seems like fully in India, so my team loses headcount a lot when we need it
