Pardot is filled to the brim with intelligent people and an awesome culture. The best kind of culture. A culture that you might expect to find on the west coast, but unique in its own right. As an example, although you have to work hard, you will never be worked to death. People talk about an effective work/life balance. Pardot employs it in a way I've never seen before. I believe it allows them to achieve a level of productivity equivalent to one generated from an 80 hour work week. Also, there is always tons of food available, so watch your figure!

Coworkers are really nice. Job itself is challenging but lots of fun. The technology we use here is very advanced.
