Got to go to SF every three months. Benefits were decent. Pay is fair.

Everyone keeps chasing after the latest trends in tech that developers rarely develop. Instead, they are thrown four new products and do nothing but investigations. Severe lack of educating the customers as to what AI and how it works has been a headache for anyone who has to support them. Sometimes I felt that the support engineers had no clue how AI works. Just a symptom of the at all costs culture Salesforce had turned into. Developers doing nothing but investigations and actually being denied PTO because there is “just too much to do”
