Pros

Decent pay and work-life balance. Plenty of opportunities to learn inside their system and try to use their software.

Cons

We weren't allowed breaks or were yelled at when we did. So frequently I was required to bring my laptop into the bathroom and use the toilet while on a call helping someone. Did the person resetting your password, or helping you get logged into your machine sound echo'y and randomly go on mute? They were defecating.
