Some PIs are incredibly dedicated to their staff. Nice location. Free parking. Many events with refreshments.

Cons

My post-doc was a complete waste of my time. Morale in certain labs extremely low. Very depressing environment. Institute cares about grants and endowments, not job satisfaction.
