Attending conferences (Gartner, Adobe, AWS) and having an extensive catalog of training available, adapting/training employees to focus on skills supporting the evolving technologies and management techniques. A focus to help potential customers with Education and Scholarship opportunities supporting minority communities and graduate level programs.

Cons

As with any business, the pace of change is still under acceleration within SallieMae. These changes continue to gain more refinement and efficiencies providing better delivery to Sallie Mae's customers or prospective customers.
