Pros

Great benefits- 12 weeks paid maternity leave, life insurance and medical/dental, good starting pay.

Cons

Long hours, poor work-life balance, commission based, favoritism. You’re a debt collector- it’s hard to work up within the company, people don’t like talking to you.
