Pros

The company is a great company to work for, they are very concerned about giving reps what they need to continue to be motivated. The income level has no cap, between monthly bonus's and overtime, you have control over your paycheck. The benefits they offer are the best.

Cons

THEY WILL NOT REHIRE YOU, EVEN IF YOU PUT IN A 2 WEEKS NOTICE. So I highly suggest you make sure that you are making a solid decision if you decide to leave the company. Work life balance can be a struggle depending on what your responsibilities are at the time of employment.

Pros

Very Smart people. Requirement that all efforts be executed to the highest standards.

Cons

Platform can be inefficient - underinvested in systems and technology for some time - some large investments/systems do not integrate well with each other.
