Pros

This company provides a wide variety of promotional exits that help you move on from the tedious, grueling, aggravating work required for entry-level customer-service jobs. Identify another dept. in the company that you want to work in. Use it as a motivation to escape your current dept. Get great performance reviews and politic with your boss and the target depts. leaders. If you don't you, will be stuck in customer service purgatory.

Cons

If you aren't political, you might not get promoted. I've seen great workers end up stuck in the same position, while mediocre performers move on. Use your eyes, to watch and LEARN how things work in this company.
