      There was a lot of flexibility which included home office and most of the time making own work/travel

      Cons

      The company is very political. People are very insecure about their jobs and if you talk to someone higher above you without your direct manager they make it a big problem.

      Great People, Good Pay, Slow Moving

      Pros

      I really liked all the people I worked with and I worked with many different business groups. The culture is very friendly. The pay and benefits were were good with generous time off and good retirement match. This is not the evil company they are sometimes made out to be in the news.

      Cons

      It's a fairly slow-moving organization from a technology standpoint and the business groupings can be a little silo'd, which contributes somewhat to a fiefdom mentality in some places that is ultimately counterproductive. The focus for some groups is a little too short term.
