Pros

Indy location is now mainly IT positions, but still has several other positions. Good work environment. Business casual attire. Company is set up for good growth short & long term. Entry level positions to management. Decent benefits.

Cons

Average salary. Ever changing business, so if you do not like change it is not the place for you. Media continuously only gives bad publicity and hardly ever discusses the positive benefits of allowing people to find a way to pay for college.

Pros

Good work environment and you will be faced with new challenges everyday which will enhance your knowledge and skills.

Cons

Its a bank whose primary business is student lending, therefore you will need to have some knowledge of the Student Loan Industry to gain success and move your way up within the company especially if you're coming in as an experienced professional. For straight out of college candidates you will have to earn your way up like any other firm.
