Pros

Hybrid, got to have hands on experience with what a corporate job is like.

Cons

Being an intern, there is only so much you can do, I had a lot of down time and there were plenty of times I was not needed.

Pros

Appreciate that the company encourages a healthy work/life balance, including a hybrid model of work from home vs office for those that commute to an office location. Compensation is more than fair and there are always opportunities for team members to climb the ladder.

Cons

As with most companies, there's been some belt-tightening with some benefits, though nothing out of line with comparable companies.
