Pros

After the company split, there are no real pros.

Cons

Leadership seemed to be incompetent and did not engage their employees in anything. No team meetings about where the team or company was directed. Moved people into director positions that had no business being there.

Pros

Lots of good perks. Bonuses, unlimited overtime, and the management does a great job keeping everyone motivated.

Cons

It can be kind of stressful because I had to work long hours to ensure that I would hit my bonus. I missed out on other things but made a lot of money.
