Pros

Paid time off. Free fitness center. A lot of room to move up in the company. Monthly bonus opportunities

Cons

Can be stressful. High turnover. Pay is doable but could be better. Hours are not very flexible.

Pros

Benefits were nice. Insurance, 401k, paid time off, etc were great compared to other companies I have worked for. Incentive pay (bonus) for the group I worked for was low, but not competitive. There is some room to grow in the company. The bosses for the most part are willing to listen

Cons

There are some major issues with the systems we work with, working in a call center can be stressful especially when the people you call are hateful
