Monthly bonuses if you meet metrics , you can make some decent money here along with unlimited OT hybrid work schedule Nice group of people to work with

Cons

Seems like there might be favoritism, no grace period so if you’re a minute late you accrue a half point but overall I really don’t have any complaints! I like my job for the most part

The base is $20/hour. They offer unlimited OT. Additionally, bonus maxes out at about $1500/month for 30 day, $2500/month for 60 day, $3500/month for 90 day, and $4500/month for 120 day.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share at this time. It is a great company to work for.
