Unfair pay for women and minorities Intimidating atmosphere if men are challenged Talking Heads full of buzzwords but no action Senior managers paid to coast along with their buddies

Good benefits, PTO and company holidays.

Cons

The turnover rate at this place is awful. Higher level employees keep changing. Currently they are laying off most employees and switching to a offshore teams.
