Management makes a lot of reactionary decisions and doesn't take into consideration the full impact on the employees. They are out of touch with what is actually going on and relying far to heavy on statistics. Management has no empathy whatsoever. The attendance policy hasn't changed in over a decade. If you lose your voice you still have to go to work if you're in the call center. management will encourage you to take off and if you do you still get an occurrence. This is a toxic environment as everyone is overwhelmed with the stories they here and the stress to achieve goals.
