Pros

Always on top with technology to make the liver if agents better. Office folks are nice. Pre pandemic they always had events for the employees. Now remote/hybrid work so it's a perk to come into office or work from home. Great opportunities for advancement and will pay great amount for college

Cons

Some management will forget about the workers and should not have to wait until something happens to address

Pros

Very collaborative, folks open to others' opinions, and everyone is aligned to clearly communicated goals. Focus on the customer is starting to be backed with investment, which is great!

Cons

Internally, the new brand has been rolled out for a while. Wish there was a faster external rollout.
