Pros
Benefits and pay are decent Easy to hit monthly bonus You can start accruing PTO day 1, but you won’t even get enough in a month for 1 full day off if you work 10 hour shifts
Cons
The customer care advisor job is okay for someone who doesn’t have a lot of experience or doesn’t have a degree The daily job is draining its 10 hours of assisting customers who are usually disrespectful and want to take their frustration out on you. You’re just constantly waiting for the next phone call to come through, it’s very boring and monotonous Management is not well educated on product knowledge Other advisors make mistakes and then it gets put on someone else to clean up Customers are disrespectful and rude Lack of organization, no communication between depts Very easy to make mistakes and get punished for it, very unclear on what qualifies as an error and what levels each error could be No sick time, if you’re sick and call out you’re going to get an occurrence and they are also going to use your PTO Not flexible and not understanding when uncontrollable situations come up Work all holidays and weekends
