      Benifits for employees not working 40+ hrs are a joke Favoritism of certain employees when it comes to scheduled hours to work and days off Management that did not go to cosmetology school or has no education or continuing education on hair and skin fundamentals (constantly misinforms customers) Under appreciated when extra work is done above the required duties Financial compensation under values employees

      paid almost minimum wage upper management is disrespectful you get no credit for the hard work you put in the more you do, the more they ask of you even if it is not in your job description seniority matters for nothing management likes to harass employees and threaten them with mass termination even if it is against policy talked to like children you will be doing manual labor because they won't pay anyone to do things around the store double standard between management and associates management talks about employees to upper management and they make fun of employees problems at work with one another
