Awesome coworkers, continuous training. fun and up beat work environment, Whether you are a licensed cosmetician or not, do not worry because you will catch on and you will be trained. Cool incentives and awesome employee perks like free products.

Cons

Many customers will go to you asking for help on their messed up hair because they followed a tutorial on youtube. Custumers will expect you to help. Many times you will be blamed by customers if they run into any problems with the products you recommended. Alot of theft happens sometimes. You are pressured to sell warranty on every appliance and to sell products up in the front (item of the months)
