      Pros

      It is a relaxed working environment. It is good for young graduate to get their first job experience. Interview process in relax and easy.

      Cons

      Sally does not pay their employees well in addition there is not much promotion being offered and there is poor training.

      Pros

      Great discount, free products, sales incentives. I "bought" a first gen iPod Mini (when they were new) and a Kodak EasyShare digital camera with my earned points through their incentive program.

      Cons

      Hours are never guaranteed. Upper level management was good at ignoring calls.
