Fun work environment, I have an amazing DM, good employee discount, relatively laid back, most of my customers are awesome

Cons

Slower location so the one size fits all model doesn’t work for my store, managers need more than one weekend off a month, model used to make sales isn’t the best, sales plans are not always based on the location and current trends, doesn’t have what people are looking for, under paid

If you're passionate about hair, skin, or nails, it can be really fun to talk about it all workday with customers and coworkers. Job responsibilities are easy enough. Customer service work mostly ends up being fun because of the nature of supplying beauty products.

Cons

Retail, so constantly smiling and staying upbeat. Standing up for long periods of time. Most customer interactions are very involved and require knowledge and a bit more social energy.
