Pros
Salsify is great.The market potential for our platform is huge and the company has a clear and achievable vision. We have some massive brands (3M, Bosch, Johnson & Johnson) which makes it very easy to generate interest with prospects when you mention those clients and the impact we've had on their business. The culture is very open, trustworthy, and empowering to the individual with strong benefits like stock, very good pay, and commissions on realistic goals. Other BDR teams around Boston are boiler rooms with a weak product - Salsify is not.
Cons
We're growing quickly. This obviously results in limited space and minor managerial/organizational changes - you must be flexible and accepting of change.
