      Nobody trained me i was only helped over the phone. Never had the right info to do my job and had to wing it the whole and still succeded!

      Pros

      As a new employee the team at Salted could not have been more welcoming and thoughtful. Everyone has been so patient and helpful throughout the entire onboarding process and has continued to be so supportive and communicative ensuring I have everything I need to succeed in my role. Salted is determined to provide customers the best experience and that mission carries over to the internal team as well. Additional pros include: open communication with leadership, total transparency of expectations, and support resources to succeed as necessary.
