      Pros

      Go home everyday feeling like you made a difference in someone's life. Good benefits. Really sick patients, so there's lots of opportunity for learning. Usually if there's something you want to see or do (as far as procedures go), there's someone around who's experienced enough to help you learn it.

      Cons

      There's a lot of turnover. So, you can feel like you're always training new staff or waiting for them to be trained enough to be helpful. There are really no opportunities to become a leader in the organization. The people who make the decisions don't take advice from the people who do the work so there's little change before there's crisis. There's no new blood in the senior management team.

      Co workers are pleasant to work with. Great job to get your foot in the door if interested in a career in the medical field.

      Cons

      Working at the front can be tedious due to front desk management. High turnover again due to front desk management. Pay increases are minimal.
