Salaried position covers your pay during down times between job. Training accepted for entry level applications. Salute EHS managers are extremely helpful and available.

Cons

Operations makes safety job difficult. No overtime pay for salaried position. Health insurance benefits still have out of pocket and deductible pay even at the highest tier offered. No educational reimbursement offered. Not much room to grow from safety Marshal position.
