There are none, other than exposure.

Cons

-Salary Only -Well over 40 hours a week with no incentives -Upper management is not helpful and only respond after an issue becomes dyer -Extreme lack of communication between management and client/customer. - Many instances when management (project manager) comes off as incompetent. - Low chance of substantial growth - Lack of business ethics/morals -Lower management is seen as extremely dispensable -Experienced racism/prejudice -Horrible training -Always on call 24/7 facility -Benefit packages are undesirable

My immediate supervisor was one of the best ones I ever had but he was getting treated very badly by management.

Cons

Blatant disrespect to their client behind their back. Racist and toxic environment whenever management came to see us on our site. They want you to put 24/7 in the job but will give zero respect. For them, this is part of the job!
