Pros
Good pay, great work life balance, leaders are good to work with. No micro management. I’ve seen other reviews that are quite negative. I won’t disparage those reviewers however I would caution the reader to take the negativity with a grain of salt. This company is founded on providing individuals with a path toward an excellent career in Data Centers. If that’s what you want there is not a better company in existence. If it’s not, then you will probably find your self leaving a bad review after you leave to work in another industry. I’ve seen so many people go on to great jobs with clients or get promoted, and many many people come in and underperform and leave after receiving professional coaching with great patience and compassion, still to disparage the ones that offered them the opportunity that they could not execute on.
