Good entry-level company to get into. Promotes internal growth and opportunities. Somewhat consistent yearly pay-bump. Exposure to hyperscalers and entry-way into those companies.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of accountability and ownership of mistakes. Poor work-life balance. Lack of flexibility in days-off. Expected 24/7. Pay is also not as competitive.

Great place to work with supportive leadership and a genuinely positive team culture. People care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. I’ve learned a lot here and feel valued for my contributions.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be periods of change that feel fast-paced. Processes are still evolving, which can sometimes mean things aren’t as structured as you’d expect—but leadership is open to feedback.
