      Company Needs to Clean House

      Health Benefits and relaxed dress code

      Cons

      HR needs a revamp. They cause more harm than good. Management as a whole needs to be removed. President of the company is not a leader. Management does what is easy instead of what's right. This especially applies to filling roles. Also noticed a lot of racist comments made by various staff.

      Pros

      Good pay, very few work weekends, good benefits, light workloads, good teams, allowed autonomy while working on projects.

      Cons

      Termination with no prior warnings for being in hospital or off work injured (non -work related), treatment of associates that put in notice was often not good.
