Pros

You get Membership card for free.the Co workers that work here are friendly. You get good health, dental, and vision insurance.

Cons

Don't staff enough people at night. People quit because too much work for the pay. Do not miss a lot of days on your probation period because they are quick to fire employees .

Pros

Cool co-workers, because everyone feels the same way. Company and gives back to the community Somewhat decent pay Will hire anyone drug free

Cons

Management (Micro-Managing) Absolutely no loyalty Favoritism Pressure for sales Basically get no hours if you don't have complete open availability Will cut hours without notice Policies for attendance clearly don't apply to any of the higher ups List could really go on.
