Pros

The supervisors praise you. You don't have to be there to early nor leave to late ever. The pay is alot better then at a supermarket. You have alot of freedom.

Cons

Not enough cashiers since the people who shop there usually buy lots of items since it's wholesale so you may have very long lines especially if there isn't anyone to PDA items. Not enough COS's if you need an override it will be a minimum of 3 minutes. You have to be real careful of the many ways you can get a pickslip because if you get one you can't transfer stores nor move departments for a year.

Pros

Decent pay. Yearly Bonus. Easy interview.

Cons

Horrible management. Including incompetent assistant managers and team leaders. Managers have huge egos and little brains. Either you do what they say or you are out of the door. They aren't afraid to let you know you're replaceable. Little respect for the individual.

Pros

Stability of Company, some very good managers.

Cons

As pretty much all companies these days, they want your loyalty and give none in return, pay is low for expectations and workload. Stress is unbelievable, if you aren't a drinker..enter management and you will be. The company was much better to work for before Sams death and it became a monster.
