Pros

The customers are typically a lot more pleasant to deal with since they have to pay to even shop there.

Cons

Management will CONTINUALLY harass you about selling Plus memberships and service plans. Continually. Like ever two minutes they will stop by your register and ask you in front of customers. Also, the heavy lifting gets old.

Pros

relaxed dress code, access to top store management, relative ease of advancement, pay and raises better than industry averages.

Cons

physically demanding labor; extreme political correctness of company culture used unevenly as management tool.; "open-door" encourages sniping, distrust among workers; management is expected to ignore ebbing integrity of company direction.
