Cons

There is alot of pressure to produces sales, always everything is about sales,sales,sales and making more than last year.

most people you work with are ok free membership

Cons

no recognition for good job constant complaining by team leads about your job no opportunity for advancement,(unless you kiss a** long and hard) management is mostly clueless when it comes to actual management an motivating employees no discounts except on produce consistently unerstaffed

The pay is usually above average if either you have been there for a while or have previous similar job experience.

Cons

Sometimes communication is lacking and can get frustrating. Management can breathe down you necks to get things completed because they have corporate breathing down theirs.
