Pros

Sams Club is a great company. They are very felxible with work if you are full time or part time. There is a department that everyone can benifit from working in. There is something for you no matter what you current prossion and skill levels are. The company also tries to empower employees to make their own decisions and better employees.

Cons

Very difficult to advance and move up in the company.
