Pros

Room for advancement, managers care about associates, fair

Cons

There are some downfalls to working with sams. They are very strict legally, insist on breaks and lunches at certain times. Sometimes gets challenging when you have to stop what you are doing to take a lunch, but not really to their downfall. I guess it is a good thing

Pros

I Like the challenges of working here. Love the family atmosphere with co employees, Managers have high standards of what our club is for our members.

Cons

Yes there is a heavy workload and when they scale back on payroll it is very hard to get everything done, so when you are a devoted employee it feels like you have failed.
