Pros

Feels like a family, good benefits. Sam's Club values your family life in relation to your work life, which is great. I have a great group of associates who I work with, and I appreciate the relationships that exist.

Cons

However, promotions aren't necessarily given out fairly. You work 45-50 hours minimum per week. Limited positions within the field to move up, and a lot of competitiion amongst other assistant managers.

Pros

Fun coworkers, easy work. I went there did my job, put my time in and left. I did wgat i was told to do and i received a lot of respect from my managers. They knew they could depend on me and it felt good to have that type of reputation.

Cons

Sales kind of suck. They breathe down your neck and coach you but thats life.
