Lots of opportunity, project quality varies, medical benefits are bad

Pros

* Peaceful work environment compared to Walmart global tech * Better/cozy office space compared to Walmart global tech * Kind leadership in supply chain * Plenty of technology choices to work with as a developer * Lots of room to grow

Cons

* Benefits are not competitive for health plans. Many paychecks will go to medical bills or high premiums rather than insurance handling it or better deductibles * Permanent remote was never an option until covid and even then it will fade * Teams can suffer setbacks from project owners who lack strong agile mindsets and experience * Teams can suffer setbacks if remote teams don't work more closely on given projects (UX and other teams are separate orgs.)

Very good scope of learning & working on new technologies Awesome upper management who value your opinions Great teams to work with, good work culture Excellent perks & benefits, hard work pays off here

Cons

Process is too stringent impacting development & planning, however it is improving over time with new leadership
