Great people, good management and a lot of growth within the organization

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all and zero to none refreshers No way to get recognized outside of the company, since everything is secretive and hidden. Management needs better understanding in the technology and ppl they serve, making communication tricky.

Smart people, deep pockets, lots of market opportunity ahead. Excited to be onboard and starting to see the business grow tremendously. We see the long term need, move quickly and deliver business outcomes to customers. Great place to learn from your colleagues.

Cons

The AI space is still earlier and extremely difficult, with exceeding costs, speed, logistics & personnel headwinds. The IPO will be with a new class of (profitable) companies and very few have the cash to survive the long haul. Pro: This doesn't make our job any easier, but we're ready for the task.
